1. Eligibility for Returns
- Item Condition: Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Time Limit: You can request a return within 7 days from the date you received the product.
- Proof of Purchase: You must show a valid receipt or order confirmation.
2. Requesting a Return

or use the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and details of the item you want to return. - Wait for Approval: We will review your request. If your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
3. Return Shipping
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless we made a mistake with your order or the product arrived damaged.
- Safe Packaging: Please pack the item well to avoid damage during shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping.
4. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. We will let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.
- Refund Method: If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to see the credit in your account.
